Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support in various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and direct requests
· Maintain an accurate and organized file system, electronically and physically
· Improve record keeping and data management processes
· Assist with updating task management system and preparing reports
· Prepare letters, financial statements, and invoices for clients
· Implement and adhere to internal AML processes
· Take meeting notes and provide administrative support during meetings
· Manage postal service, office supplies, and office equipment
· Register legal entities, send statements, and reconcile petty cash
· Communicate with customers for collection in consultation with the Director
· Organize and plan meetings as required
· Assist in email drafting on behalf of senior management
· Handle various applications and registrations as needed
· Assist in accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and time sheet preparation
· Register legal entities and ensure registration in all government departments
· Submission of annual HE32 report to the company registrar

Requirements:
· Proven experience in administrative roles- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
